Who We Are
Your privacy matters to us!  We are Divinyl Music Ltd - Company No 7300898. We are a small, independent live music consultancy and provide business development, project management and Virtual Assistant services.  We are the creators and managers of this KayJay Sings website. We believe in transparency in all our business dealings and aim to keep you informed as to how we use data with this Privacy Policy.
What do we do with your information?
When you purchase a service or contact us through our website, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. We use this information for sales and services communication.
Email marketing
 
With your permission, we may send you emails about our latest news and services. We use Wix for email marketing and to communicate with our clients. We offer an opt-in service and offer full visibility of any of your information used by this service and the option to unsubscribe at any time which will delete any of your personal data.
We do not have an expiry on the amount of time we will hold your data for. We do offer withdrawal of consent and deletion of your data at any time upon your request.
Consent
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction or to contact us, we require your acceptance of the content of this Privacy Policy, that you consent to our collecting such data and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
How do I withdraw my consent or request my data to be removed?
 
You may withdraw your consent for us to; store any personal data about you, contact you for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at any time, by contacting us at divinylmusic@gmail.com.
 
Data
Our website is hosted on Wix’s servers. They store your data on a secure and encrypted server behind a firewall.  You can find out more here.  We do not have any public facing control panels exposed nor have our own server.
Payment
If you choose to make a purchase via our website we use PayPal.   Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.  You can read their Privacy Policy in full here.​  If you decide to make a Booking, please note that all Bookings are subject to contract and will require a Holding Deposit.
Data breaches
In the rare occurrence of a data breach, which would significantly harm individuals, we will be report it within 72 hours to the ICO and our Service Providers Wix and PayPal. We will also notify any customers affected directly.
Third Party Services
 
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways, email marketing systems and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
